1. Booking & Payment

Advance booking is recommended for best availability

A $50 deposit may be required in advance, with the remaining balance payable on the day of service

Tida Healing Spa reserves the right to change prices or promotions without prior notice
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment

Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit

3. Health Conditions

Clients are responsible for assessing their own health and reviewing any contraindications before booking a service. See Contraindications for Massage bolow.

Tida Healing Spa reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client’s health
4. Behavior & Conduct

Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Loud noises or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

We reserve the right to deny service without refund in cases of misconduct

Personal information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes

Contraindications for Massage
General Contraindications (Do Not Massage):

Services are available for individuals aged 18 years and older only

Fever or acute illness – such as flu, high fever, or infections

Contagious skin conditions – like herpes, ringworm, or severe rashes

Severe heart conditions or unstable blood pressure

Thrombosis or blood clots – risk of embolism

Advanced or active cancer – unless approved by a physician

Recent surgery or serious injury – wait until fully recovered

Pregnancy ; For safety reasons, we do not offer massage treatments to clients during any stage of pregnancy.

Epilepsy or certain neurological disorders – only with medical clearance
Local/Temporary Contraindications (Avoid Certain Areas):

Open wounds, bruises, or fractures – avoid the affected area

Varicose veins – do not massage directly over them
-
Recent injection or vaccination sites – such as Botox, fillers, or vaccines

Mild rashes or skin irritation – avoid contact
-
After a heavy meal – wait at least 1–2 hours before receiving a massage
